Terms of use
Effective October 20, 2026.
Sean Moorhead, doing business as Conjured Wares ("we", "us"), runs a site where role-playing game players put their own characters on printed goods and buy them from a store only their Guild can see. A Guild is a private group on Conjured Wares, such as a gaming party, whose members share characters and a store. We are the seller of the goods you buy. These terms apply to the site, to your account, and to the goods you buy. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.
1. Who can use Conjured Wares
You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy from a Guild Store. When you sign up, you tick a box confirming that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms. We record that confirmation, when you gave it, and which version of these terms it covers.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google, Discord, Apple, or Amazon, or with a link we email you. We never ask for a password. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including purchases, so keep access to your email and sign-in accounts secure. You must verify your email address before you upload anything.
Suspension. We screen every upload. We may suspend any account for any reason, without notice and at any time, for example for uploading illegal content, explicit sexual content, real-world gore, content that breaks the usage rules of the AI services we use, or work you have no right to use, including another creator's art without permission. You can appeal within 30 days of learning of a suspension by emailing appeals@conjuredwares.com. A suspended account cannot use Conjured Wares. To ask us to delete a suspended account, email privacy@conjuredwares.com; we delete it, except what we must keep for an investigation or by law. Orders we have already approved still ship. Orders still waiting for our review may be declined, and a declined order is never charged.
3. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the art and words you upload. Upload only art you made, commissioned, or otherwise have the right to use, and only characters that are yours or your Guild's. Do not upload another company's or creator's characters, logos, or settings, or images of real people.
We use your content only for what our privacy policy lists under "What we do with your content": to screen it, prepare it for printing, show it to your Guild, have our team review it, make previews and mockups, print and ship what is ordered, handle appeals and complaints, keep content held for legal review, keep a fingerprint of images we block or hold so they cannot be uploaded again, report suspected illegal content to the authorities as the law requires, and answer valid legal requests. We do not use it for training, marketing, galleries, analytics on the images, or examples in support.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, screen, resize and adapt your content for the printing method, show it to your Guild and to our reviewers, and print and ship what is ordered, only for the uses in this section. That includes sending the print file of each ordered item to our print provider, and granting it the licence its terms require, which is perpetual and includes promoting its service (see "Printing" in our privacy policy). The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep under our privacy policy and copies our print provider keeps under its own terms.
Our print provider, Printify, receives the print file of each item ordered and keeps it under its own terms, which grant Printify a licence over uploaded content that includes promotional use. Our "Who sees your art" page and our privacy policy give the details.
Art you share into a Guild is visible to every member of that Guild. Another member may build a group design from art you have shared.
If you leave a Guild or delete your account, you can hand the characters you shared only into that Guild to a Guild leader you choose. Nothing is handed over unless you say yes. If you do, that Guild leader controls those characters and their art in Conjured Wares, and the licence in this section continues for them, so the Guild leader can keep them, delete them, or build designs from them and offer them in the Guild Store. This does not transfer any copyright or other right you hold in the work. We send a takedown complaint about a handed-over item to the Guild leader who holds it.
4. What we allow
Upload your own characters and the art you made or commissioned for them: portraits, scenes from your campaigns, maps, sigils, and quotes from your table.
No nudity or sexual content. Fantasy combat violence is allowed: blood, wounds, a dragon taking a sword through the neck, a fallen ally. The limit is real-world-style gore.
Do not use bots or scrapers on the site, interfere with how it works, defraud us or other members, or harass our team or other members.
Every upload and every design is checked by automated screens, and a person reviews every order before it prints. When we reject something, we usually tell you which rule it broke. If you think we got it wrong, you can appeal by emailing appeals@conjuredwares.com, and a person on our team reviews the appeal.
If a rights holder reports a design and we confirm the report, we take down the designs built on that art. See section 7 for what happens to orders that hold it.
5. Products and previews
Previews and mockups show how a design should look. The finished item can differ: colors on a screen differ from ink on fabric or a mug, and sizes and weights in product descriptions are approximate.
Products, prices, and what is available can change. A product shown today may not be available later. If we list a wrong price or an item we cannot supply, we may cancel the order before we charge you.
6. Orders and payment
When you check out, we authorize your card for the order total, which includes shipping and sales tax. We charge the card only after a person on our team approves the order. If we decline the order, the authorization is released and you are never charged. If we have not reviewed an order in time, we release the authorization and email you an apology.
If only some items in an order go ahead (for example, after a takedown, see section 7), we charge only for those items, their tax, and the shipping for each package that still ships, and release the rest of the authorization.
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We accept cards only.
7. All sales final, and our Limited Warranty
All sales are final for change of mind. Each item is printed to order with your Guild's art, so we cannot take it back or resell it.
Limited Warranty. If an item arrives damaged in shipping or with a printing fault that isn't part of your design, send us a photo within 21 days of delivery. If it qualifies, we'll arrange a reprint or refund through our print provider, at no cost to you. To claim, email warranty@conjuredwares.com with your order number and the photo. This warranty is given by the operator named at the top of these terms, at the postal address in section 14. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion in section 10 may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you delete your own design after ordering it, every order that holds it is still printed and shipped in full.
If we take a design down after a rights holder's complaint, we remove the items carrying that design from your order before we charge you, and you are not charged for them. Once we have charged your card, we cancel the order from that print provider (the package holding the design) and refund every item in that package, including its shipping. If the printer has already started production, we cannot cancel it, and the items still ship to you.
8. Shipping
Our print provider prints each item and chooses the carrier. We show the shipping cost before you pay. Delivery dates we give are estimates, and delays at the printer or the carrier can push them back.
9. Guild Stores
A Guild Store is visible only to the members of its Guild. If no member visits or orders from a Guild Store for 90 days, it is frozen and deleted 14 days later. We email every member before the deletion, and during those 14 days a member who signs in can choose to keep the store.
10. Warranties and liability
Apart from the Limited Warranty in section 7, and to the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is. Conjured Wares is not a storage service; keep your own copies of your art. This does not limit any implied warranty the law gives you on goods you buy from us.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim about Conjured Wares is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim and US$20. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Texas, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court.
12. Sanctions
You may not use Conjured Wares in or for the benefit of a country, organization, or person blocked by United States sanctions, including those on the lists of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A change applies only from its effective date forward. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top. If we make a material change, we email every account holder and post a notice on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect. A change the law requires, one that applies only to a new feature you choose to use, or one that only adds to what we give you, can take effect sooner, and we tell you when we make it. If a change would let us use your content or information about you for a new purpose, it applies only to what you give us after the change, unless you agree.
We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over Conjured Wares, and we will email you when we do.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
